Reconditioning of 1994 Big Bear 350 4x4

BB1.jpg (46848 bytes) The Big Bear has been washed, damaged rack and bumper have been removed, front drive line has been repaired, and under side of the frame checked for damage and repainted. Engine checks have been done.
Bb2.jpg (38472 bytes) The body plastic of the unit has been removed as well as the rear swing arm. The frame is checked for cracks and repaired as needed. The rear swing arm bearings are checked and greased. The rear axle bearings are replaced.
BB3.jpg (45691 bytes) Front Brakes are checked as are the wheel bearings, tie rod ends, and A-arms. All bolts are checked for tightness and wire harness is checked for chafing.
BB4.jpg (52508 bytes) Front CV boots have been checked and replaced as needed.
BB5.jpg (47228 bytes) New front fender and bumper have been installed. Engine valves have been adjusted. Rear swing arm is reinstalled and all the brakes reassembled. Air filter, battery and gearboxes have been serviced
BB6.jpg (44861 bytes) Clutches are visually checked. We found a crack in the primary clutch assembly so it was replaced. Engine oil is replaced and both oil filter and sump screens are cleaned.
BB7.jpg (43725 bytes) The Big Bear is ready for another six years of hard work.
